Terms and Conditions

Tables sales are for a certain class of table ie table of two, table of six, etc. Tables of each class will be sat on a first come, first serve basis. Specific tables, unless otherwise specified, are not available for advanced reservation.

Times listed are for admittance. Please arrive as close to this time as possible to ensure you are in your seat and comfortable when the show starts.

Tickets are non-refundable.

The Radiant reserves the right to introduce discounts and special offers at any time, and these cannot be applied to tickets already purchased. Only one discount can apply to any one ticket.

Artists, programme and performance details are correct at the time of sale or print publication, but changes may be unavoidable.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission, and to request any ticket holder to leave our building at any time. For example, if a ticket holder appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs and/or is acting aggressively, carrying offensive weapons or illegal substances, the ticket holder may be refused admission.

Latecomers may be admitted at a suitable point in the performance at the discretion of the management.

Patrons must not take any unauthorised audio, video, photographic or digital recording apparatus of any kind into any of the performance areas, nor make any audio, video or photographic recordings of any kind. The management reserves the right to confiscate any unauthorised audio, video and photographic recordings.

The Radiant reserves the right to re-arrange the seating plan for the event.

The Radiant is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage to any person (including you) or property howsoever caused (including by us and/or by event partner(s)): (a) in any circumstances where there is no breach of a legal duty of care owed by us or the venue); (b)in circumstances where such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach (save for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence); or (c) to the extent that any increase in any loss or damage results from breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions and/or any terms and conditions of the event partner(s).

Your tickets are being purchased from The Radiant Inc. (the organizer).

Tickit's services are limited to generating and delivering tickets and forwarding your payment to the organizer. Tickit’s fees for this service are non-refundable.

All communications or disputes regarding ticket order refunds, chargebacks, changes, disruptions and cancellation are between you and the organizer. Tickit will be not be liable or responsible in any way for refunds or chargebacks in connection with the organizer's events.
